I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of room need to be given extra attention. Towers, etc were stained and dirty, yet still provide to customer. Hotel management need to consider upgrade the room and amenities for the high rate charged to client.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond impressive. The spa and wellness center offered top-notch services, with a relaxing sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and rejuvenating Jacuzzi. The restaurant and bar area were also exceptional, with a delicious buffet, private facilities, and friendly staff.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the room service. Although the service was prompt and efficient, the quality of the saving kit could be improved.

Great hotel to stay as a business traveller. Great service, clean, good food. But mos importantly nice people. If I come back to Jakarta I would want to stay here again.

Payment with Maestro is not possible in the hotel.

The interior of the restaurants are all well decorated.

* Fruits in the room are too plain - only oranges and no turn down the bed services, don't really feel that the room is cozy, no personalized messages. Does not include breakfast in the hotel room rate which is a hassle to decide. Lobby too crowded, wireless is chargeable.

The hotel is located in a nice area close to shopping centers and a fitness center. Guests can easily access and enjoy the fitness center facilities. The breakfast is world-class and the Italian restaurant is a particularly good dining option. The oatmeal served for breakfast is delicious, made with milk and with strawberries and banana added in.

The Mulia is a large hotel that has an excellent selection of dining options located in the basement of the hotel

If you don't smoke you won't like this hotel. Even inning smoking floors the air conditioning system recirculates air polluted with cigarette smoke. Non smoking area are not policed by staff who allow a smokers to be wherever they wish. As a non smoker I hated it and will never stay there again.

The gym and the breakfast buffet were the highlights of my stay. The gym was well equipped and clean, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, making it easy to find something I liked. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping areas.

My experience was dampened by the poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, making it difficult to get information about the area.

I'm looking forward to stay for future.. Nice luxury hotel, we don't need to go out fr hotel avoid the hotel, restaurant,cafe n bar all in there, especially the staff awesome friendly.

Sometime when we ordered fr restaurant don't have what we want. Why five star hotel still have to pay wifi? Very unconvinience!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfy bed and the beautiful view from the room. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, which was a plus. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The noise from the adjacent room was disturbing and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room too warm. the food offered in the hotel restaurant was overpriced.
